If you purchased your hearing aids before the end of 2012 – no matter
where you purchased them – we’ll service them for free at our new Port
McNeill hearing clinic.
Of course, unlimited lifetime servicing, follow-up hearing tests and
consults are always included with devices purchased at Campbell River
Hearing Clinic, and that’s not going to end anytime soon.
But if you purchased your devices elsewhere, we’ll honour the fact that
you’ve already paid someone else for that service. We’re not going to
make you drive two hours or more for a 15-minute appointment now that
you have an alternative in Port McNeill.
